Funds provided during Infinity Staking are permanently locked!
There are two ways of liquidity provisioning on Xfai. Classical two-sided liquidity provisioning, and Infinity Staking. Unlike classical liquidity provisioning, during Infinity Staking funds get permanently locked. After Infinity Staking, the user receives an Infinity NFT (INFT) with a given share value. INFTs collect fees from every pool on the Xfai DEX. This is the key difference between classical liquidity provisioning and Infinity Staking. In classical liquidity provisioning, liquidity providers collect only fees for a given pool. They can also redeem their underlying liquidity at any time. In Infinity staking on the other hand, the underlying liquidity gets permanently locked, but in return one receives fees from every pool on the DEX, instead of only from one pool. The share value of the INFT depends on the amount and time of staking.
