permanentStaking : This method permanently stakes liquidity within the Xfai DEX. In return, it mints an INFT with a share value proportional to the time and amount staked.

permanentBoosting : This method permanently stakes liquidity within the Xfai DEX. In return, it increases the share value of an existing INFT, where the share increase is proportional to the time and amount staked.
